    Shipping Policy

    Thank you shopping at WeCool Toys! Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

     

    Shipment and Handling Processing Time

     

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2 PM EST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. This includes expedited shipping. 

    Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during peak times such as the holiday season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    International orders:

    Due to export compliance issues we are not allowed to ship to international addresses.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


    Shipment Method

    USPS Ground 3-10 business days

    UPS Ground 3-5 business days

    UPS Expedited 2 business days

     

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

     

    Damaged Items: 

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the shipping concerns. If we have to file a claim with the carrier please allow up to 14 business days during non-peak seasons, and up to 30 days for peak seasons for the investigation to be completed by the carriers. 

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your package is not compliant with these limitations, we will reach out to you for an alternate shipping address.

    Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return or offer you store credit in the form of an online gift card. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at CustomerService@wecooltoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
